The Da Riva travel agency was established in 1996 in Opatija, the cradle of tourism in Croatia. With a tradition of more than 27 years, our agency success rests on a wide range of services. From the very beginning, the main idea was to provide complete travel solutions with professional experts and fast service tailored to each individual client. 

We undertake the complete organization of professional gatherings, meetings, congresses, team building trips, group and individual tailor made experiences in Croatia and nearby countries. Our staff is highly qualified, speaks a minimum of two foreign languages and has a vast experience in all above-mentioned fields of organization.

Our tailor made tours will create long-lasting memories by sharing experiences with locals and gaining new knowledge through various classes, visiting manufacturing facilities and tasting of local products. With an extensive experience in active tourism, we are able to organize invigorating experiences as private hiking trips in the breathtaking Italian and Slovenian mountains, biking tours through beautiful natural landscapes of the Istrian and Dalmatian regions, sailing along the Croatian coast with plenty islands to visit – over 1200 to be exact.

RICH EXPERIENCE – The agency is a family business founded in 1996 and employing only 3 persons at that time. With time, it has grown to a team of 15 highly skilled professionals, each with the minimum knowledge of two foreign languages and a vast experience in different fields from tailor made to congress tourism. 

 

OUR OWN FLEET - Da Riva has its own Mercedes E and V class fleet with experienced English-speaking drivers and licensed driver-guides. This commodity allow us to offer competitive rates in comparison with other local DMC agencies.

 

ON-LINE CONGRESS ORGANIZATION - Since Covid took a toll on tourism everywhere, it forced us to find some new ways of functioning. Accordingly, one of the novelties introduced by our Da Riva team was the offer of online congresses, because nothing should stand in the way of education and knowledge exchange. We provided a complete solution within an APP (creation of websites, brochures, registration of participants), preparation of lecturers, promotion of sponsors and aftermath data analysis.
